Options: No two emissaries are alike, being possibly employed by any of the supernatural factions or entities both within and without reality (like Dragons, for example). Many of the abilities in Supernatural Powers are negotiably available, and some or all of them might even be contained in an Item of Power. (For example, Green Lanterns from the DCU are all Emissaries of Power [the Guardians of Oa] and all of their abilities are contained within their rings and batteries.)
